I just stumbled across a cool tool for Twitter users, called TweetCloud. Basically, you authorize TweetCloud via Twitter OAuth and it reads your history. You then ask it to make a tweet cloud — like a tag cloud, except with words taken from your tweets — covering a particular length of time and of a general size.
