Joe sent me yet another good link, to an article on GigaOm: Pixar’s Brad Bird on Fostering Innovation. It pretty much describes the way I work.
I recall when I was 16, my first IT job… I went to work because I wanted to play with routers and servers but I just couldn’t afford to buy my own. One thing led to another, and it turned into a career. *shrug*
